Information disclosure policy

We strive to earn the trust of our shareholders and investors by disclosing corporate information, such as management policies and financial data promptly, accurately, and fairly from the perspective of these shareholders and investors.
In disclosing information, we comply with statutory disclosure standards and disclosure rules set forth by the stock exchanges.

  1. Methods of information disclosure
In accordance with the Timely Disclosure Regulations of the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE), the same information provided to the TSE is promptly disclosed to the media and posted on the website. Even if outside the scope of the Timely Disclosure Rules, the Company seeks to accurately and fairly disclose information deemed useful to shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders by posting such information on the website or other appropriate media in consideration of the purpose of the timely disclosure.
  2. Earnings forecasts and future outlook
Plans, future outlooks, strategies, and forward-looking statements, other than those relating to past or present facts, are the Company’s plans or forecasts related to future performance and represent the Company’s judgment based on information available at the time. Future results may be different due to various risks, fluctuations in uncertainties, changes in economic conditions, and other factors.
  3. Quiet period
In order to prevent leaks of financial information (including quarterly financial information) and ensure fairness, a certain period of time from the day after the date of settlement of accounts to the day of the announcement of financial results is designated as a “quiet period.” During the quiet period, we refrain from answering questions or commenting on financial results and earnings forecasts. However, if during this quiet period, we anticipate a significant change in the earnings forecast, we will make an appropriate announcement in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
